User Accounts

You must provide accurate information while creating an account. You are responsible for your account security and all activities under it.

Advertising & Campaigns

We help plan, execute, and monitor campaigns.
Services depend on availability and technical feasibility. Campaign changes may include additional charges.

Payments & Billing

• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms
• Prices exclude taxes
• Late payments may lead to service interruption
• Invoices are shared digitally
• Refunds are generally not applicable once services are delivered

Intellectual Property

All platform technology and materials belong to It’s Spotlight.
You retain ownership of your content, but allow us to use it for campaign execution.

Content Guidelines

You must not provide content that is:

• Illegal or harmful
• Offensive or explicit
• Misleading or false
• Violating any third-party rights

We may reject such content.

AI & Data Usage

We use AI for campaign optimization and analytics. Data is processed in an anonymized manner to improve services.

Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Access systems without permission
• Disrupt services
• Upload harmful code

Client Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide correct and legal content
• Have proper rights for content usage
• Follow applicable laws and regulations

Service Commitment

We aim for high uptime and timely campaign delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect or business losses.

Termination

Either party can terminate services with notice or due to breach. Services and access will stop after termination.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will follow Indian law and the jurisdiction of Mohali, Punjab. Arbitration may apply for larger disputes.

General Terms

• Invalid clauses won’t affect the rest
• Communication may happen electronically
